Refund Policy

At That Love Coach, we create products designed to support your growth, self-connection, and relationships. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Quick Summary

  • Digital downloads (PDFs) are final sale (no refunds, no returns).
  • Printed products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but we do help if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

1) Digital Products (PDFs + Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final.

No refunds or returns on:

  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Digital guides, workbooks, journals, templates, or other instant-access files

If you’re having trouble accessing your file: email us and we’ll help you get it successfully.

2) Printed Products (Fulfilled via Print-on-Demand)

Some physical products may be printed and shipped through a third-party print partner (such as Lulu) and are made-to-order.

Because these items are printed specifically for each order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference.

 

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items

If your printed order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing/fulfillment error, we will work with you to make it right.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem (and packaging if damaged in transit)

Resolution options (case-by-case):

  • Replacement shipment (most common)
  • Refund (if a replacement isn’t possible or practical)

3) Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
  • Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not able to guarantee recovery of missing packages, but we’ll do our best to help you troubleshoot with the carrier.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos.

5) Refund Processing Time (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

6) Future Offerings (Webinars, Courses, Memberships)

As we add new services (such as webinars, courses, or digital programs), additional refund terms may apply. In general:

  • Digital access products are typically non-refundable once access is delivered, unless otherwise stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
