Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital products (e.g., PDFs, downloadable guides, workbooks)
Sale items
Coaching services
Stickers and incense
Sage bundles and crystals
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
For all eligible physical products, including printed workbooks:
Refund or return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process the return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Information
Most of our products include shipping costs in the price for your convenience.
If you are approved for a return or exchange, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
In the case of refunds, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Request a Return or Refund To initiate a refund or return:
Email us at help@thatlovecoach.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.” Include your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant photos (if applicable). If approved, instructions for returning your item will be provided.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us at help@thatlovecoach.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at help@thatlovecoach.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
You may receive store credit in the form of a gift card upon return.
Proof of purchase is required.
