6) License for Digital Products (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

8) Refunds & Returns

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Digital products (PDFs/downloads) are final sale and non-refundable.

Printed products are typically made-to-order via print-on-demand and are generally not returnable or exchangeable due to buyer preference or ordering the wrong item. If your printed order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us and we will help you resolve it according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

9) Shipping & Delivery (Printed Products)

Estimated shipping times are provided when available, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipment may require additional fees.

10) Educational Use + No Professional Advice

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, legal, or mental health treatment.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. If you need professional support, please seek a qualified provider.

11) Third-Party Services
